Q. The DATA On Servers, Its Governing LAW, The Law Of The Jungle In The World, AND, Erosion Of TRUST Forever!

 

 

As Emily Dickinson Wrote -> Tell All The Truth But Tell It Slant!

So, I’ll give you TWO Examples contrary to each other. Questions are same, Yet, the Results, poles apart!

In 2015, in the APPLE VS. F.B.I. matter, wherein Apple Won the Case to Protect the Privacy of iPhones by Refusing to Comply to the FBI’s demands to Create a Backdoor Key of the Phone that belonged to the San Bernardino Terror Attack Accused! Eventually, Apple also Won the World’s trust. Despite, at the time, when the Mainstream was publishing Snowden’s Columns’ about how everyone’s Data is readable, including personal and private information, and this whole concept of privacy / encryption is sham; the era wherein Assange’s columns’ getting published about the Wars and Love; and further where it was said that China cannot be Trusted; YET, Apple presented the case, and Won, and since then, Exponentially increased its Revenues! Why? Because that time, the sitting Presidente, didn’t declare to the World EXPLICITLY, that -> Henceforth, Only The Law of The Jungle Prevails Everywhere!

Now here Emily’s Poem comes into effect, as, everyone knows what was going on since ‘45, arms were getting twisted; YET, Apple was able to make a strong case, which was Accepted and Welcomed by the World, and its Market share increased, despite companies like Huawei too were making incredible Inventions, but, it was also greatly marketed, that the DATA Servers in China are Riskier, compared to the Servers in US, which was also true!

If you go and read one of my previous blog, I wrote long back that the Market Share of Apple would eventually increase and might bypass Android, despite its huge cost; and I wrote at that time, when Android was considered Undefeatable. Now, how it was all possible? Because despite knowing the Facts of the World since WW-II, the then Presidente, Mr. Obama, at least being very Articulative and Refined in his Speeches and Thoughts, Assembled Arguments to be then projected into the Right Perspective. And honestly, that’s why I admire his Oratory and Writing Skills. Because -> We all know the Truth, YET, how we present it, ultimately decides the outcome!

But Today, a sitting Presidente, has openly and officially with an Executive Order has declared that -> ‘Let the Law Of The Jungle Prevails In The World! And Only That Would Prevail Henceforth’. By further signing such orders like, “I can be the Presidente of any Nation,” indirectly sending a Message to all, that your Own Laws’, Constitutions’, Demographic Reach, Borders’, Ideologue (whether contentious or not, that’s a different thing, and different topic of discussion) -> is of NO USE; and, merely a signed order by one individual, can now take control of Any part of the World, alas, which is backed by their System also (and that matters, because this is the modern Modus-Operandi)! Of course, We all in the World are Evolutionary Animals! Indeed! And we deserve to be governed by the Laws of the Jungle only! But my question is -> which LAW in the Jungle would now Protect the DATA on Servers? As that is still not defined!

Demographic Laws, Constitutions of all Nations etc. can be debated to Refine them further (that’s why you’ve hon’ble courts, congresses’,  parliaments etc.); but, should, and could an Executive Order take over any Nation in the World, Any Time, including their Resources, backed by the System? How?

Herein, the Hamam got emptied, and all the naked came out in the Open! Which is also a good thing, a blessing in disguise, because, now, the reality too came out, that was buried till now, with the help of Great Arguments! BUT, what about the DATA on the Servers? What about the Undersea Internet Cables in the International Waters? Who controls them? An Executive Order? QATAR? Or Anyone Else? And my Concern is only Restricted to this!

In the above two Examples, Problems Are Same! But how it was Represented; that changed the course of the Result! In the First Case, the World Accepted the Arguments (Not Truth), as they were amazingly Submitted; Whilst in the Latter Case, the Truth got Accepted, but the Arguments got Rejected!  

The genuine Missions against Terror / Cartels / Laundering etc. could’ve been Executed in Secret also! That’s why, this Role earlier was Assigned to the Deep State! And they had only this Job; to Live and Remain under the Depth beyond Everyone’s imagination! Alas, Covert Became Overt, because of Bad Actors, and they are Proud of that!

In such a circumstance, which LAW now protects the DATA on the Servers? There’s None! FYI! And I’m not even concerned about yours or mine private emails, photos etc.; BUT, there are many Sensitive Works that’s been Controlled vide likes of CLOUD Networks! And when I kept writing before anyone took cognizance, about the siphoning of trillions worth of DATA in the name of AI - Training Modules by decimating BERNE; nothing happened, until, their own DATA got stolen to be then used for such AI Training Modules!

Thus, today, we need to define -> The New Laws of the Jungle! And I’ve No Hesitation To Be Mowgli In It!😊
