The Hon’ble Courts / Tribunals Should Introduce Page Limitations In Drafts + Exhibits Filed!

If anyone thinks that: verbose == intelligence; then that’s the most wrong interpretation in the modern times!

It has become a trend that the more number of pages added, then the more it would look smarter, credible, reliable, and, intelligent; which is absolutely Not the case.

This has been happening in the literature world itself, wherein the novels are being judged on the number of words and pages, rather, what is inside in it. For example: actual poetries (that rhymes) would always have lesser words, and even if you write thousands of them, their words and length of pages would always be lesser, compared to a novel or a reference book. That’s why there’s a difference between A Poet VS A Novelists VS A Subject Specialist Who Writes Reference Books On Different Subjects’, YET, today’s mainstream compares all the three under the same umbrella, which is WRONG!

Similarly, in the legal aspect itself, the number of pages drafted, or, the number of pages of Exhibits submitted, is considered as knowledge, which is also inappropriate, and this shouldn’t become the deciding factor of any case. If someone cannot explain anything in one blog, then that means, there’s a gap in the knowledge. And if everything argued needs to be written after the arguments, then isn’t it better to directly file the written arguments only, rather to argue for hours, and then filing the same thing?

Same issues go for Software Coding itself, and that’s why an Optimised code is always considered to be an efficient code structure.

The PR Agencies & Social-Media have ruined the soul of every domain.

Thus, due to the above reasons, not only the hon’ble courts and tribunals should introduce the limitation on the number of pages submitted in the pleadings (let us say restrict to 30 Pages only), but also, a plagiarism tool should also be uploaded online, so that every draft submitted should automatically be added with the link of the similar drafts filed earlier for a reference.

Am I wrong? 😊

There’s Still A Glitch In the Domain Names Implementation!

Shouldn’t the cctld be restricted for country specific ‘residents’ only everywhere, like in the cases of .us, .eu, .jp, .fr etc. usual...
